PRODUCTION PROCESS of Welded Pipes & Tubes
Stainless Steel Welded Tubes and Pipes Division has two welding lines for manufacturing welded tubes and pipes. Stainless Steel Welded Tubes/Pipes are manufactured on Continuous Tube Mill using Multitorch TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding process.
Each of the techniques used produce pipes with varying degree of diameters, thickness, tolerance and mechanical properties to suit the demands of the customer. The chart below indicates the limitations for each of the above processes:
